Refund Policy
Because Semantic Checker provides digital products that are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Digital products are non-refundable
Semantic Checker sells digital credits and subscription access, not physical goods. Credits are made available to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and subscription features are available during the paid billing period. Because these are virtual products that can be used immediately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for completed purchases.
This applies whether or not you have used all of the credits or subscription time. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable when you close your account. See our Terms of Service for the full rules that apply to credits and subscriptions.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not create a refund or pro-rated credit for the current billing period. You keep access through the period you have already paid for.
When to contact us
Although purchases are normally final, contact thirdweb30@gmail.com promptly if you believe:
- —you were charged more than once for the same purchase
- —a payment was not authorized by you
- —a confirmed purchase did not deliver the credits or access shown at checkout
- —a technical error caused a charge that does not match the product you selected
Include the account email, approximate payment date, and Stripe receipt or transaction reference if available. We will investigate the payment and, where appropriate, correct the account or issue a refund for the erroneous transaction. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived in your place of residence. If a mandatory local rule applies to your purchase, we will follow that rule.
Policy changes
We update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. The policy in effect when you complete a purchase applies to that purchase, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
